When Tserre and Silvenia recount some of their experiences fighting on Rhir. He is the leader of the Harpies on Rhir and is the represenattive of the exiled Empire of Wings.

He was also with Silvenia, Leila and Tserre when they faced the Soirethams and their [Archmage]. It is unclear if he survived that engagement.
