Theilo is a Death-Commander of the Rustängmarder currently under contract with the Forgotten Wing Company.

Chronology

Theilo was selected for the position of [Commander] in the operation to besiege the Gathering Citadel and rescue Geneva from The Minds, and was given one of three Selrite amulets. When the army was in position, he approached Calectus with Niers to negotiate her release. Sensing dishonesty from the Selphids, Niers asked Theilo if he thought they were honorable. Theilo replied that he did not, and hostilities began. Theilo kept the soldiers engaged when the Minds used their telepathy on them, and advanced when the Combined Mind collapsed from hunger and started attacking everyone. He finished off Calectus in their wounded body.
