Personality edit edit source
Background edit edit source
Veine was the top [Strategist] of a fleet.
Chronology edit edit source
After Dakelos made his blunder at Nadel, she and the senior officers followed him to his new punitive post onboard Wrmeriye’s Spitoon.
During the naval battle of Dakelos' Redemption between Fleet Kerandos and the Wellfar fleet, she followed Dakelos' charge on the enemy ships to buy the rest of the fleet time to retreat. She freed [Lady] Selica when the captured Lower Passes of Izril began to sink, and shot her crossbow-wand until it ran out of charge. She ultimately perished when the commandeered Burning Wish was sunk.[1]
Clone edit edit source
After her death a copy was made of her soul for Admiral Dakelos' Skill [Crew: My Ship Is Crewed By Ghosts]. This is a perfect copy with many of Veine's memories and personality. During The Night of Bloodtear, this copy is suborned by Seraphel's Skill [Royal Bodyguard: Two of Life, Two of Death]. The clone is boosted by this skill and is unconditionally obedient to Seraphel. In Chapter 10.22 R, Veine says that her childhood is not included in her memories. Nor does she know what the real Veine would have wanted. However, she feels emotions and has a close relationship with Admiral Dakelos and the rest of the crew.
In Chapter 10.37 GDI (Pt.3), the GDI offers to combine Veine's soul with her clone but both refuse.
