Werdin Blackwing is (after a scandalous divorce from his first wife) married to the Garuda [Socialite], Melika Blackwing, and father of Salkis Blackwing.
He pursues various business interests in Pallass and is more businessman than noble, but is not really one of the movers and shakers of Pallass. He has his own estates, but often stays at The Noble’s Fancy.[1]

Werdin met Selys during the auction of Saliss' rejuvenation potion, and invited her to visit his estates.[1]
