She was one of the many people sent by Ielane to monitor and spy for Calanfer on Lyonette at her time in The Wandering Inn. Root Mrsha exposed her name to all that could hear as an example to the other spies in the inn what would happen and more if they pushed the line.[1]
After the events of the Palace of Fates, Xinthe brought a scrying orb with Ielane on the other side to Lyonette as the [Princess] was ignoring all of her mother's messages.[2]
Xinthe and the other Calanferian servants annoyed Lyonette about her doing menial work, they were then confused on what to do when orders to arrange the inn to deter the unwanted guests from Lyonette.[3]
