Consillir is a disfigured Dullahan orphan residing in Pallass.
Appearance
He's a Dullahan kid who wore no armor, and his visible skin was roughened from exposure to the elements. Unable to separate his head or limbs he's incapable of applying the exterior layer of armor or he’d be in danger of getting gangrene or other bacterial infections from being inside the armor all the time.[1]

He's one of the many orphans Jelaqua meets at Melika's charity fundraiser event. Jelaqua later finds out that he, Merry and Ophala do work for the Eyes of Pallass.[1]
