She cares very dearly for children, willing to go to far lengths to save children from their horrible situation even if it means making enemies of their parents. Yet even if she is willing she feels that she is too low leveled to affect true change for the children in need.

Background

She worked with one of Lady Lis's apprentices in Chandrar when the King of Destruction was active decades ago.

She worked around First Landing taking care of the children of Nobility and other notable figures in the area until she was banned from the city, that's when Ielane contacted her to be hired for a job.

Chronology

Volume 10

She was commissioned by [Queen] Ielane to support her daughter Lyonette in raising the two children under her care. Relations soured with Lyonette when Ebente felt the starved state Root Mrsha was in calling for the Watch and roaring out Lyonette as an abuser for letting it happen. She tried to take Root Mrsha away from The Wandering Inn but was thwarted by Rhisveri putting her to sleep.

While Mrsha was walking in the streets of Liscor after dealing with a bullying problem, Ebente confronted her wanting to have a private chat with the Gnoll. In a cafe, Ebente shares that she's been observing Mrsha for the past week and accepts that she in truly not needed there even if she believes that a child shouldn't be there in that situation if the first place. She shares that she plans on heading to the New Lands of Izril as there are many selfish parents that are betting their entire fortunes on it.
