First Appearance

Rose is an Earther from Los Angeles[2] who was teleported to Innworld. She and a small group of other Earthers, were for a time under Lady Magnolia's care. Her user name in the chatroom was [Rose].

Appearance

She wears a casual shirt, loose pants, a cotton jacket and two rings. She also has painted nails, with dark purple flaking slightly at the tips.[3]

Personality

Rose is the typical teenager. She has a great love for stories, and delights in finding real-world analogies. While she has not yet found a purpose, she is content in remaining aimless, though she can be somewhat envious of her fellow Earthers.[4] Rose is bisexual and horrified at the treatments of Turnscales in Drake society, claiming that this world was in the "dark ages".[5]

Background

She lived in Los Angeles with both of her parents and was an art major.[6]

Chronology

Rose was teleported to a forest, which is isolated from civilization. Only one day after she had arrived she received the invitation to the discussion sent by BlackMage. In the chatroom, she stated that it was her first day in the Innworld, and she showed confusion when learning about classes and magic.[7]

She was later located and retrieved by Magnolia.

Volume 8

She went to the Meeting of the Tribes, where she befriended Adetr after he used his battle simulation skill on her and was traumatized by modern weaponry, and she talks to him about Earth.[8]

Volume 10

About a month after the Winter Solstice, Rose returned to the inn on the day the Inn members use the Box for the first time.[9]

When Saliss was hiding in the basement of The Wandering Inn she comes down to speak with him about beginning her efforts in making a difference for the Turnscale cause, after a bit of a back and forth she is able to make the sardonic [Alchemist] stop trying to drive her away due to her resolute desire to help.[10]

After involving herself in the [Palace of Fates], Rose made a deal with Visophecin for the powers of a succubus. It is unknown what she traded to Visophecin at the time, though it is likely a part of her soul.[11]

Rose, under the guise of a Drake girl named Lilac, enters a party meant only for those of High Society of Pallass, there she falls victim to sabotage after inhaling air coming from a laced incense. She became so addled that her illusion spell drops revealing her identity to Gunpi and Melika.[12]
