Thill is a member of the Flameblades gang.

She had been Mortton's girlfriend until Anamariss joined the gang causing resentment to be built up inside her.[1]
Chronology
Volume 10
When the Flameblades tried to pull a mugging on Jelaqua, it was Thill's job to do the scouting and tracking of the target. When the group returned to their hideout, they started to put the blame of the failed job on Anamariss for her faulty information, Thill tries to influence Mortton that Anamariss is a lost cause. Mortton deciding then to enact revenge on Anamariss with the rest following in his decision, but they were beaten down by Jelaqua who followed them there.[1]
