Tolveilouka Ve’delina Mer, or Tolve, is a half-Elf Revenant and the Putrid One's greatest servant.

Appearance[edit | edit source]

In his half-Elf form; he appears to be in his thirties, with hair a golden flax in color, and features so beautiful to the point of being effeminate. In this form he wears a noble dress-clothes of another era.[1] He is capable of changing shape into a towering, bloated abomination, with all his symmetrical beauty having turn misshapen, with pallid and dark rotting skin with pustules, and a third arm coming from his chest.[1]

Tolveilouka apprenticed himself to the Putrid One, who gave him freedom from their people. He lived nearly 2000 years, and was raised as an undead by his master when he fell.[2]

He is seen still mourning his master when Ryoka's small typhoon appeared over the Village of the Dead, which he barely noticed as the wind tore around, throwing lesser undead, but unable to reach the magical heart of the village.[3]

Powers and Abilities[edit | edit source]

Undead Monstrosity Physiology[edit | edit source]

  • Undead Physiology: As an undead he is not limited by the same needs of the living like; eating, sleeping, breathing, etc.
  • Eidetic Memory: Like every other Undead his memory does not fade which allow him to recall anything.[2]
  • Enhanced Condition: Be it in his half-Elven form or his Transformed form, he is incredibly powerful.
    • Enhanced Strength: He can break through a wall of ice with a single flick of his Transformed form body. He can also easily snap Yvlon's Silverflesh Arms.[1]
    • Enhanced Durability: In his Transformed form he could take the Horns constant attacks without ever slowing him down.[1] Even in his half-Elven form he could take blows from a high Undead on his skin, and they barely tore him.[2]
    • Enhanced Senses: Can sense magical forces like his master stasis spell fading and the Dullahan [Paladin]’s Holy Sword presence.[2]
  • Monstrosity Transformation: He can transform into a towering, bloated abomination with corrupted flesh.[1]
    • Multi Limbed: Has at least a third arms coming from his chest in this form.[1]
  • Rotting Touch: His touch can infect flesh and metal with a corrupting rotting plague.[1]
  • Plagues Infection: Can unleash various type of plagues to infect other with to kill them.
    • Plaguesteel: Infect a metal plague on a person that is fully or partially made of metal, to be infested with magical metal beetles that ate and reproduce from lesser metal sourses. On someone that is only partially made of metal, and said metal has silver in it, they only get a non-fatal Minor Condition. They still a carrier of the metal plague until it is removed.[4]
  • Regeneration: After his corrupted flesh was destroyed by the Dullahan [Paladin]'s light Skill, it regenerated completely a few moments later.[1] His regeneration is so strong that he heal in a flash even after a [Siege Fireball] hit him.[5]
  • Mushrooms Manifestation: Can sprout living mushrooms (Current Type Unknown) from his own flesh to infect others with their spores.[6]

  • He lived two thousand years before becoming undead.[7]
  • While Tolveilouka's true age is unknown, it is implied that he predates the establishment of the Shield Kingdoms in Chandrar, as he was unaware who the Quarass was.[8]
