In public, he speaks with a slow, low voice to emulate a Dragon. In private, he makes up for his lack of time to chat by being especially verbose, speaking quickly and conveying a lot of information in conversations.

He is observant and a political expert. Everything he does is for the continued endurance of Calanfer.^[1]
