Background[edit | edit source]
The Hundred Families are not a literal hundred - they are a group of powerful families in Terandria that can trace their lineages back to the Hundred [Heroes] of Terandria and the days of myth and legend. The Hundred Families today acts more as a metaphor to represent the royal blood that runs through kingdoms and powerful families.[1]
