Chapter 6.30 is the 32nd chapter of Volume 6 and the 15th chapter of Book 11, The Titan of Baleros.

Liscor's 4th Company, City Watch, and Painted Antinium begin a cull on the floodplain's shield spider population. Pawn uses his new skill [Heal Minor Wounds] on the few injured soldiers. Pawn and Klblch talk with the newly reincarnated Yellow Splatters.
In Liscor, rallies for a council election are intensifying. Popular opinion seems to be on the side of Krshia and the election. Olesm meets with his uncle Lism to plan out a better political campaign.
The next day, Lism marches through Liscor with a new slogan and campaign. He is aided by Olesm, who has sent out a new chess newsletter explaining the situation. This has prompted multiple walled cities to offer partial funding for Liscor in place of the Antinium. Outraged, Selys attacks Olesm and starts a riot. Selys returns to the Wandering Inn later that day and it looks like Erin is about to get involved.
