Eclizza was a Great Knight of the Order of the Thirsting Veil, known as The Pale Serpent of Ailendamus.

Appearance

She has hair bleached blonde from brown and pale skin from a lack of light.

In battle, she wears all-black armor and carries a sword.

Background

As a child, she nearly drowned in a pond at the house Shoel estate, seemingly pushed in, and was rescued by a Sariant Lamb dubbed Ser Tubeliges.

Eclizza would be personally trained by the Agelum. She's credited with besting Knights of the Seasons in contests of auras and defeating members of the Thousand Lances before her appontment to Great Knight. She presently leads Ailendamous' Great Knights and tests prospective knights for the honor of joining their ranks.

Chronology

Volume 8

Eclizza is killed by the Death of Magic while in the world of the [Greater Teleport] transporting Ryoka Griffin and Sammial Veltras to Aliendamus

Volume 10

A version of Eclizza escaped the Palace of Fates and remained in Innworld. Visophecin brought her to Aliendamus where Rhisveri had a breakdown over Mrshas death in the Palace. Eclizza slapped him with her Aura and got into further physical altercation with him because he taught her another knight posing in her armor. At the end he recognizes her mannerisms even in armor and she gives him a pep talk to act instead of crying about things.

At the end of the magic battle between Tserre and Paxere and other spellcasters from House Shoel during the stand-off between Erribathes army and Aliendamus army, Eclizza caught a falling Paxere and slashed apart three lightning bolts from Tserre.
