Chapter 4.49 (First Mentioned) |
The Emperor of Lightning or Emperor of Storms as he is sometimes referred to, was someone who mass-produced spell-weapons in an amount comparable to the number of cheap wands enchanted with Tier 2 Spells. They were standard armaments in Tolveilouka's day.[1]

Chronology edit edit source
Volume 4 edit edit source
A tube in the possession of Magnolia Reinhart, which when used, shot out a few sparks that grew into a procession of Dragons, Humans, and vehicles, behind which were the words:
From the armories of the Emperor of Storms: a gift. To his enemies, see light and sound, ever fleeting, the wrath of the skies. Behold the advent of lightning.
After this, the weapon fired a bolt which vaporized everything in a fifteen foot wide path ahead of it, and cracked open a dome of bone created by Az'kerash.[2]
Volume 8 edit edit source
Eldavin used the Spell, [Arrows of the Lightning Queen] against the Lucifen of House Shoel of Ailendamus.[3]
Note: This spell may not be related to the Lightning Emperor but it also might be.
When all the [Time Mages] were called upon to protect The Oath of Time from the Timewalker, an [Archmage] used [Ritual of the Cataclysm: The Storm of the Lightning Emperor] as they charged towards the powerful Seamwalker.[4]
Eldavin used the Spell, [Spear of the Lightning King] against Visophecin and the armies of Ailendamus. It knocked down the first rank of the army and sent a charge through every bit of metal within ten miles.[5]
Note: This spell may not be related to the Lightning Emperor but it also might be.
Volume 9 edit edit source
When Teriarch confronted Rhisveri the Wyrm used [Crackling Armor of the Lightning Emperor]; a self-enchantment spell which makes a lighting bolt shoot down on the caster encircling their body forming a helmet with a jagged lance of lightning at the top and armor that oscillates every microsecond.[6]
A huge canister of glass in the possession of Nerrhavia's Fallen, used by General Thelican against Pomle. When used it wrote a message into the air:
From the Emperor of Storms to you. A gift: [Blighted Bolt of the Forsaken Lands].
This spell let loose blight into Pomle, such that it became uninhabitable; the air screamed, and the ground was in pain, and the black tar that it produced attempted to eat skin.[7]
Volume 10 edit edit source
- Bow of the Emperor of Lightning
This bow was given as a gift to Sheta's empire. When used against The Goblin King, the arrow shot from it moved near the speed of sound, and, hitting The Goblin King, the bolt of true lightning merely blew apart one of his armored arms and shoulder, leaving behind a ruin of charred flesh and white-hot metal. Upon seeing this, Sheta commented that this Goblin King, [Goblin Lord (The Wandering Inn) — Rabbiteater of Champions. The Invincible Knight. True Hero of Rhir] Level 77, was far stronger than the one she had once known.[8]
