The United Nations Company is a company based in the city of Talenqual on Baleros that mainly consists of Earthers.

Named after the United Nations organization of Earth, it is a company composed primarily of Earthers who were transported to Baleros. The name was suggested by Geneva Scala, as both groups have members reflecting diverse origins with different backgrounds, languages, and skills. The United Nations operates as a safe haven and community for the Earthers, while also seeking other displaced Earthers.[1]
Initially a minor company in Talenqual, they have become a significant power after allying with the Fraerling city of Paeth. After the defeat of the Featherfolk Brigade, they have become the ruling company of Talenqual, along with Gravetender's Fist.[2]
The current leadership is Daly Sullivan, Kenjiro Murata, Luan Khumalo, Paige, and Kirana.[3]

The United Nations company was formed after the disastrous battle between the Razorshard Armor and Roving Arrow companies. Luan suggested that the surviving Earthers form their own company. Initially, they had planned to join forces with Gravetender's Fist, but the Earthers were unwilling to work as mercenaries, so the two groups parted ways as allies.

The United Nation’s company has many sources of income. They consist of the individuals Earthers working odd jobs, Paige’s crossbows sold to Gravetender’s Fist, Luan’s runner deliveries, the Bushranger’s adventure missions, and Geneva’s clinic, which earns tons of money. However, disconcertingly, the primary income comes from the manufacturing of Geneva’s condoms, which pulls in gold.
Thanks to all of this the United Nation is doing well enough to afford good meat, food, four nice houses (even if Miss Hastel, the Centauress [Landlady] was giving them a discount), and a lot of amenities.[4]
