S02 – The Antinium Wars (Pt.5) is the fifth part of the side story of the Antinium Wars, the 60th chapter of Volume 4 and the 23rd chapter of Book 6, The General of Izril.
tl;dr[edit | edit source]
Klbkch rallies Antinium against Az'kerash and breaks the siege of Liscor. Zel 'kills' Az'Kerash. Antinium, Drakes and Humans (and Niers and Wistram) have temporary alliance until Goblin King is slain by Elia Arcsinger.
Synopsis[edit | edit source]
- Excerpts about the 2nd Antinium War:
- Klbkch leads Antinium relief force against Az’kerash's undead army.
- Liscor forces sally. Zel kills Az'kerash.
- Zel and Klbkch clash. Peace between Antinium and Drake armies.
- Goblin Lords are slowly whittled away. Shaman is defeated by Wistram archmages and Xrn.
- Goblin King gathers his army for decisive battle, but his Lords are being engaged by Antinium and Niers.
- Goblin King is engaged by mages and his forces erased, but Velan lived.
- Velan's final charge is only stopped by a near point-blank arrow to the eye.
- Results: Antinium-Drake truce needs to be honoured.
