Chapter 5.24 L is the 26th chapter of Volume 5 and the 4th chapter of Book 8, Blood of Liscor. The L stands for Liscor.

Lyonette takes on more responsibility managing the inn and loses her [Princess] class.

A week after the Face-Eater Moth attack. The inn is being slowly repaired by Antinium. Mrsha, Lyonette, the Horns, and the Gold-ranked teams wake, eat, and discuss the goblin’s artifacts appraisal. Ksmvr tries to conquer his fear of water. Pawn arrives and turns to Erin for advice. Throughout all this, Lyonette continues to feel useless in comparison to Erin.

Lyonette and the inn’s staff become overworked and realize that for all of Erin's good qualities, she is lacking in organization. Lyonette takes the reins and starts to hire new staff, commissions a pontoon bridge from the inn to Liscor, and trains with her sword in the evening as she’d been taught by Brunkr.

The next day Lyonette takes Mrsha outside of Celum’s walls to play and stretch her legs. There, Apista is attacked by many birds, until the Ashfire Bee sets herself alight in flames and drives the birds off. Both Mrsha and Lyonette fall asleep after playing. Once Lyonette awakes in the evening they rush back to the Wandering Inn. Erin is overwhelmed by the new staff, bridge builders, and patrons all clamoring for her attention. Lyonette is glad that despite everything Erin has faults, and that she can do what Erin cannot.

She promptly organizes the new workers and reassures the bridge builders that the Goblins, Horns, and Bird would protect them. After sorting out the chaos in the inn, Lyonette realizes she’s settled with her lot in life and goes to sleep, gaining multiple levels, but also losing her [Princess] class and skills. After waking Lyonette prepares the inn for the day, thinking, pretending everything is all right, but doesn’t realize that she has been crying. Mrsha incessantly licks at her tears while Erin tries to console her while Lyonette insists nothing important happened, crying all the while.
