Interlude – Age and Tales is the 39th chapter of Volume 9.
tl;dr
Synopsis
A number of old and immortal beings reflect on events, including Nuvityn the king of Erribathe, Klbkch and Teriarch.
Teriarch recalls how he was unable to give Aliendamus his dragonthrone as a peace offering, but still left on good terms. He remembers how he confronted and fought Eldavin, but was unable to beat him, because he had gained Miracle powers through an alliance with Kasigna.
Klbkch tells the antinium in the inn stories about their history.
Rulers are broadcast answering Fehotep's challenge to show how well they take care of their people. Rhisveri almost embarrasses himself, but turns it around with sock puppet plays of what happened in his kingdom with Ryoka.
Ryoka, Magnolia and Rafaema all head out to visit Teriarch.
