Solstice (Pt. 1) is the 86th chapter of Volume 7 and the 11th chapter of Book 20.

Synopsis
Ryoka wakes up and learns of Erin and Maviola's deaths, and adds "resurrect Erin" to her Fae to-do list. Tyrion Veltras takes her to Riverfarm, where she learns that Magnolia and Teriarch definitely won't be attending. Before she can despair about failing too much, Deilan El and Ulva Terland, heads of two of the other Five Families, introduce themselves. Ryoka reunites with the Players of Celum, Griffon Hunt, and some other inn friends, as the party gets in swing. The Fae arrive immediately following a solar eclipse.
In Baleros, Luan is trying to outrun bounty hunters in his boat when time freezes and someone appears on the prow. In Wistram, a man appears in Blackmage's room, his mysterious mentor and benefactor. To Laken, Tamaroth appears in his home once more.
